My sincerest heartfelt condolences to the Goodstein Famiy and all of Davids many friends. My heart is breaking but I feel honored to have shared in Davids life. The obituary is beautifully written and he wouldn't have wanted us to cry. That was David.

There are no appropriate words to express the sadness that is felt when we lose someone.
I try to remind myself that "if it hurts, consider yourself lucky that it hurts, because the hurt confirms the great value of the one that you will miss". If it doesn't hurt, you missed out on something much bigger, much to difficult to explain. You were a good friend to many David, you will be missed by many more.
