Obituary of Edward Weinberg

Edward Weinberg August 6, 1919-April 8, 2014 Kauneonga Lake, NY Edward Weinberg, a retired salesman and life time resident of Brooklyn, NY, died in the Sullivan County Adult Care Center, Liberty, NY. He was 94. Edward was born in Brooklyn, NY on August 6, 1919 the son of Julius and Bessie Bassman Weinberg. He was World War II Army Veteran. Edward spent his life in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Pembroke Pines, Fla in 1996 and later to Kauneonga Lake in 2004. He is survived by his So Ira Weinberg of Lock Sheldrake, his Daughter Aileen Biren and her husband David of Kauneonga Lake, his son Brad Biren and his partner Matthew Biren-Erpelding, his granddaughter; Jessica Caverly and her husband Joseph and his great grandchildren; Madison and Mark Caverly. Edward was predeceased by his Marilyn. The family would like to thank the staff of the Sullivan County Adult Care center for their care and compassion while he was in their care. Graveside funeral services will be held today, Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 11am in the Wellwood Cemetery Pinelawn, NY.
