Mr. Ralph Anthony Whitmore, a maintenance technician for the Eldred Central School District and area-resident passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 at the New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. He was 69.
Due to the current health pandemic, a burial of ashes will take place at the Sullivan County Veteran's Cemetery at a later date.
