Ms. Joan Marie Babcock, a resident of Wurtsboro, NY - Formerly of Rockland County passed away at home on Friday, December 25, 2020. She was 79. The daughter of the late Victor and Laura Hawkins Babcock, Joan was born on December 15, 1941 in Teaneck, NJ.
Joan is survived by her siblings as well as her extended family at the Mamakating Home of Crystal Run Village.
Burial will take place privately at the Germonds Cemetery, New City, NY.
