Bobby, Karl and Kaplan family... l was so sad to hear of Phil's passing. Our families history makes me feel like l lost another big brother. When Phil worked the Lucky Dip, he made the biggest chocolate cone with chocolate dip! He was a sweet, soft spoken, beautiful man... Dan wasserman
