My parents and I were guests at the Mayflower for several years in the late 1950's. I remember Mrs. Semel and her family as warm, caring people who deeply cared. I remember walking down the hil to the Post Office so I could mail post cards to my friends and Mrs. Semel was always kind and patient with people.
