IRA BERKOWITZ KIAMESHA LAKE, NY Ira William Berkowitz passed away Thursday October 5, 2006 at the age of 54 as a result of heart failure. The son of Abraham and Freda Berkowitz, he was born August 28, 1952 in Brooklyn, NY. Iras survivors include his three beautiful children Allen, Francine, and Sheryl all who he loved very much; His Brother Gary Magida, his wife Terri Magida, and their son Adam; His cousin Michael Unterecht; As well as his count less number of long time friends. Ira will always be remembered for being an extremely devoted Father, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, and Friend. He may be gone, but never forgotten. Iras values, unforgettable memories, and his ability to make people happy through his passion of cooking will remain with all of us forever. We will all miss him very much!
