Obituary of Mollie Lederman Feldman

MOLLIE FELDMAN WOODRIDGE, NY Mollie Feldman, a longtime resident of Woodridge and the retired co-owner and operator of Feldmans Deli in South Fallsburg with her late husband Samuel, died on Saturday, December 08, 2007 in the Skilled Nursing Unit of Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY. She was 90. Mollie was born in New York City, on February 25, 1917 the daughter of Harry and Sarah Lederman. Mollie was a lover of music and the arts including culinary art. She painted and wrote poetry. She was a member of the South Fallsburg Hebrew Association, a life member of the Fallsburg Hadassah and member of the Eastern Star. She was a true humanitarian. She is survived by her two sons; Barry Feldman and his wife Donna of Delray Beach, Fl and Jerome Feldman and his wife Marcia of New York, her two sisters; Jean Tepper of Brooklyn and Barbara Langer of New York, her one brother; Morris Lederman of Calf, her four grandchildren and three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Samuel Feldman in 1972. Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 2pm in the South Fallsburg Hebrew Association Cemetery, Marsh Road in Glen Wild, NY. Rabbi Ben Zion Chanowitz will officiate.
