Obituary of Thera Helena Klingman

Thera Helene Klingman, 67 Nanuet, NY April 6, 1942 - January 19, 2009 Thera Helene Klingman of Nanuet, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2009 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern from Alzheimer's Disease. She was 67. Thera (Teri) was born on April 6, 1941 in Brooklyn, the daughter of the late Jesse Wolfson and Ruth Holuboff Wolfson. She is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years: Wayne, at home; her sister: Ellen Nesin & her husband Eugene of Monticello; two sons: David & his wife Kelly of Okinawa, Japan and Wayne & his wife Flo of Hempstead; three grandchildren: Collin, Philip & Elliot; and many nieces & nephews. Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 20 at 12:00 noon at the Joseph N. Garlick Funeral Home, 388 Broadway in Monticello with Rabbi Michele Brand Medwin officiating. Interment will follow at the Temple Sholom Cemetery, Southwoods Drive in Monticello. The family will sit Shiva at the Nesin Home from Tuesday through Thursday evening and then on Thursday evening at the family home in Nanuet. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc.
