Obituary of Phyllis Maybloom

Phyllis Maybloom, 61 Monticello, NY July 18, 1947 - April 30, 2009 Phyllis Maybloom of Monticello, a homemaker and longtime resident of the area, died Thursday, April 30, 2009 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris. She was 61. The daughter of the late Leonard & Anna Wurm Fruchtman, she was born July 18, 1947 in Brooklyn. She is survived by her eight children: Stephenie, Noreen, Brian (Jessica), Leslie (Abner), Shawn (Marie), Adina, Erica & Marlena; 14 grandchildren; her husband: Larry; three brothers: Jack, Martin & Lee; four sisters: Susan, Brenda, Carol & Audrey; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother: Harold. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 4 at 9:00am at the Joseph N. Garlick Funeral Home, 388 Broadway in Monticello with Rabbi Ben Zion Chanowitz officiating. Burial will follow at the New Montefiore Cemetery in Long Island.
