Obituary of Florence Bertha Sparer
Florence Bertha Sparer of Hurleyville, NY passed away May 21, 2010 at the Palm Beach Home in Brooklyn, NY. She was 90.
The daughter of the late Isador Gottlieb & Kate Rapps Gottlieb, Florence was born November 28, 1919 in Brooklyn, NY.
Florence was a member of the Congregation Ansche Hurleyville Synagogue. She along with her husband Meyer owned and operated Kimmy's Antiques in Hurleyville.
In addition to her parents and her husband Meyer, Florence was predeceased by two brothers: Lionel & Samson; and a sister, Hannah.
She is survived by her two sons, Harvey and his wife, Lela, of Hurleyville & Ira and his wife, Kiyomi, of Colorado Springs, CO.; and her three grandchildren: Kimberly, Naose and Izumi.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2010 at 4 p.m. at the Cong. Ansche Hurleyville, Main Street, Hurleyville, NY. Burial will follow in the Hurleyville Synagogue Cemetery, Hurleyville. Rabbi Fishbain will officiate
