Obituary of Jerry Kimmel

Jerry Kimmel Of Kiamesha Lake, New York November 28, 1929-October 10, 2011 81 year old Jerry Kimmel of Kiamesha Lake passed away on Monday, October 10, 2011 at the Achieve Rehab & Nursing Center in Liberty with his family by his side. He was born on November 28, 1929 to Rose and Leo Kimmel. Jerry has been a resident of Sullivan County since 1984. He is survived by his daughter, Bonnie MacEntee, of Kiamesha Lake; his son, Dan Kimmel, of Boston, MA; his grandchildren, Liza MacEntee, of Kiamesha Lake, NY, and Amanda Kimmel, of Boston, MA; as well as his beloved cats. His fiery personality and unwavering sense of humor will be greatly missed. Graveside services for Jerry will be held today, Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at 9:00am at the Brotherhood Cemetery, Old Thompsonville Road, in Monticello, with Rabbi Endre Stamler officiating. The family will be receiving visitors at 39 Robert Road, Kiamesha Lake, NY on Wednesday, From 1pm-5pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Joseph N. Garlick Funeral Home of Monticello.
