Frances was a very dedicated volunteer with the seniors. She always cared and asked about all the seniors. She was a part of the Monday Club, they came to Rose Valley every Monday. After all the volunteers left, she and her husband continued to come to Rose Valley. She made a difference in the lives of our seniors.

Where do I begin? Paula, Lucy and Stuart, your Mom sat with mine as she lay in her bed for 4 months on SNU before she died on March 31st. Frances was my Mom, Barbara Caldwell's best friend. Before my mom took ill, they would sit and laugh at nothing. The more they giggled the more they would laugh. She always talked of her family. I'm so sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Donna Bradbury
